What you will do
- Handle difficult cases such as escalation and safety cases;
- Handle returns, claims on our different sales channels such as Amazon, eBay, Cdiscound and Manomano;
- Handle outbound interactions and solve different issues;
- Handle reviews that are left by the customer on different platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, eBay, Trustpilot etc.
