As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you represent our company by serving as the first point of contact via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face interactions. You will make sure that our customers will be served in a very satisfying way, meeting their mobility needs. You have a feeling for their wishes – every single day! Our customers deserve a fantastic service and that’s why you will always treat them in a respective and friendly way. If necessary, you will also help them with additional services that are not related to mobility, such as providing information about sightseeing places in surrounding areas. Your job is to advise our customers in an inspiring and personal way on anything they want to know. Their impeccable experience will not only create a memorable stay, but will also make them fall in love with Enterprise.
