Special Services (Customer Services) Agent
Working within a newly created team, the role is to provide exceptional customer service and transport solutions via all communication channels as the first point of contact to our customers and suppliers. You will take ownership of all customer support enquiries both new and follow up with a focus on providing first call resolution or help whilst positively managing expectations.
In this role you will:
- Be the central point of contact for our customers;
- Solve challenging tasks and organise individual transport solutions for our customers;
- Search proactively for alternative solutions and implement these immediately once a problems occurs;
- Manage partners and subcontractors;
- Prepare reports and financial statements;
- Have daily direct client and supplier interaction;
